Director
Jordan
As Director, Jordan leads the strategic direction and administration of our business. She was inspired to work in the disability industry after she became a mother. Jordan chose a career in disability to help people find the support to make their lives easier.
Jordan constantly goes above and beyond in all aspects of her work life. She strives to drive business improvements through her skills in organisation, project management and compliance. In her spare time, Jordan enjoys listening to podcasts, spending time with friends and family and learning new crafting skills.
Operations and Relationships
Wes
Wes has always wanted to make a difference in others’ lives. A typical workday for Wes includes time spent chatting with clients and support providers as well as addressing and resolving problems and liaising with the NDIS. He collaborates with his fellow Elevate team to generate great results for his clients time after time – always striving to go above and beyond in delivering results.
Wes has a friendly and approachable demeaner whilst working with clients, aiming to remove any barriers they may face in life. During his spare time, Wes enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and playing guitar.
Service Delivery Lead
Hannah
Hannah leads our service and enjoys prioritising people. Her focus is to ensure both staff and participants feel supported. Hannah aims to improve communication and negotiate the details to assist our team to give the incredible service they do to our participants every day. Her goal is for everyone to enjoy working in a positive, safe and supportive environment.
Hannah started out as a support worker and then progressed into support coordination. She has developed keen insights into the world of community services and strives to always keep us accountable. She enjoys good tunes, lots of laughs and making a difference for those around her.
Compliance Lead
Jo
Jo ensures the continued wellbeing of our clients through leading our compliance processes. She worked in the community services space before the introduction of the NDIS. Her focus is to ensure our services are compliant and that participant safeguards are protected. Jo is very process driven and is always looking for how we can do better.
Outside of her work, Jo enjoys travel, and time spent with family and friends.
Finance Lead
Valeria
As Financial Controller, Valeria oversees the accounts department, manages the day to day transactions, analyses Elevate Disability’s finances and provides reporting for decision making. Valeria is proud to work in an industry that supports others. She is a person that genuinely cares about everything she does in life and enjoys working towards making an impact in others’ lives.
In her spare time, Valeria enjoys keeping active and listening to podcasts.
Service Coordination
Niall
Niall connects our participants with their support workers, maintains support schedules and communicates key information to all personnel. He is responsible for ensuring that rosters of care are set and communicated in advance, and addresses any changes to support requirements.
Niall enjoys cooking, tabletop games and spending time with friends.
Service Engagement
Kim
Kim is a qualified allied health professional who thrives on being able to help our participants with seamless and supported transitions. Kim’s role is also to ensure that our support staff have a thorough understanding of who they are supporting, their goals, needs and preferences.
Kim spends her free time with friends and family, and her beloved dog Obi.
Emotional Support Lead
Obi
Obi takes his emotional support role seriously, and is employed full time at our primary office.
Obi enjoys tasty snacks, long naps and belly rubs.
