Assistance with Daily Living
Elevate Disability provides personal care and assistance with daily living in your home, and in the community, to help you live the life you choose.
We can provide as little or as much support as you would like, for anything you need or want to do – including trying new things. Talk to our friendly team about your goals and we will help organise your supports to fit in with your lifestyle.
In-home drop-in support services give an NDIS participant the core supports you need to maintain your independence and accomplish daily activities.

We provide you everyday support from staff matched to your requirements who can support you in a range of settings, including, but not limited to, your own home.
Household tasks, big or small, don’t need to be a barrier to maintaining your independence. The Elevate Disability team is here to support you with your domestic chores, enabling you to maintain your home, your way.
Personal tasks may include:
- Personal hygiene, showering and grooming
- Dressing and getting ready
- Going to the bathroom
- Moving around your house or apartment
Household tasks may include:
- Cleaning chores
- Dishwashing and drying
- Sorting laundry and washing your clothes
- Preparation and delivery of meals
