We took inspiration from dating sites and job boards, and collaborated with people with disability across different demographics, ages and backgrounds. We met with organisations of all sizes, with government and advisory groups, and gathered as many insights as we could. We prioritised accessible features, and designed and tested accessibility from start to finish. And we created a ground-breaking digital employment platform that will open up a marketplace of untapped talent and level the playing field in the employment exchange.
The Field also encourages employers to ‘level up’ by allowing them to showcase their commitment to equity and inclusivity through merit badges which are earned through completing learning workshops.
